Fundraising plays a very crucial part in keeping our music program alive! It costs a LOT of money to run a successful band program.
All funds raised are deposited into one of the following categories:
Directly into the individual student account.
Towards meeting a particular financial goal (transportation, instruments, music, props, etc.)
Our annual Band Booster budget (separate from the account that holds student balances.)

Donation Letter
The band and color guard are gearing up for the 2022-2023 school year! These diligent students are now laying the groundwork for an exciting year full of performances and many scheduled events! As is the case with many school-related organizations, our funds rely heavily on the generous donations of our sponsors. As our band continues to grow and improve, the financial demands increase. Additional funds are needed for uniforms, stagging, design, equipment, and all of the operational aspects of the organization. Sponsoring the band ensures that 100% of what you give goes directly and immediately toward fulfilling the financial needs of our program.
This year, we are in dire need of purchasing a new form of transportation for our band equipment! Any donation, no matter how large or small, is greatly appreciated!
